No Aang doesn’t change his outfit, because what he was wearing in the iceberg is all that’s left of his culture but he definitely washes it because Katara would never allow him and Sokka to just stay filthy ntm he’s a water bender so cleaning clothes is not really a problem
but he does wear new outfits later on but those are single outfits, that he also would wear multiple times

No you can’t switch element but you can use the codes provided by the game to add a new data slot. Which allows you to play the game again with a new element but also keeping ur old element saved too.
