1) Brother if you cook Roti regularly, have one KENT ROTI MAKER for Kneading Flour, In India it Costs Around 8000 Rs.................it will make you & your wife work little easier. even in India we are using it bcoz nowadays Girls dnt like Kneading work lolz 😛
2) And for rolling Roti you can purchase Exwell Roti Maker .. In India it cost aroung 69,000 Rs.

If you want to cook that paste fast without waiting for hours pressure cook that tomato paste with little water for 5 whistles or 6 depends and just go straight to pan adding those along with tomato paste.
