- olonia del Sacramento formerly the Portuguese Colónia do Sacramento) is a city in southwestern Uruguay, by the Río de la Plata, facing Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is one of the oldest towns in Uruguay and capital of the Colonia Department. It has a population of around 27,000.
It is renowned for its historic quarter, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.[1] Modern Colonia del Sacramento produces textiles and has a free trade zone, in addition to a polytechnic centre and various government buildings.
i live really closer to Uruguay (I live in Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil) and Uruguay and my state are really similar in architecture, i want to travel to Uruguay to see the beauty of this lovely country ^^
Like your walking tours. I'm too old now to travel but this is the best thing, apart from actually being there, to getting a feeling for a place. Keep up the good work!

You can also ride bike while shooting.By that you can present us more views in shorter videos.Cities are very large.You would easily get tired and bored walking such a long time anyway.

Perhaps just lack of sun, but surely looks dull there, and what a paucity of citizens.
Massachusetts is ugly - I think Sacramento de Colonia is much nicer than Lowell, MA. Nicer and more interesting culture in Uruguay, too.

Hi, I started watching your walking tour, but after a while I found it boring and the reason why is because your camera is too rigid, you are focus only in front of you, and you don't give us a panoramic view of the buildings to your right or left, you pass by interesting places, statues, monuments, like they were not there, what you should do is move the camera slowly so (we) the spectator can see these places (which must of us haven't seen before, that's why we are watching the video) you simply continue like they where not there. I know this is an old video, but I hope you have change for the better, my critic is supposed to be constructive criticism.
