Look for Dez in the CDC camp near the pier
Was that an explosion
Find the source of the noise
Speak to Dez up on the CDC Dome's balcony
Search the quartermaster's records for where mother of satan is stored
Tell Dez in the main CDC Dome where the mother of satan is stored

The second journal is in the tent that has the "Remember your VEC! " sign in front of it. It's on the dry erase board, next to the exit of the tent.

Help, I finished this quest, but the quest itself in the menú is incomplete, is it bug?
Edit = I Found out that I finished the first step, third step and fourth step in the quest, but didnt do the second step, how do I finish it?
When I go outside like at 10:34 on the video, the card reader says lockdown in effect and sparks are flying off it, I've tried restarting from previous save point but still the same, any ideas how to get past this please? Thanks

The chest is on the third floor of the serling hotel near the satellite by the window it's the blue chest

So how do I complete step 4? I claimed the chest but step four of the side quest is still empty.
Same, but I missed the second step and did all 1, 3 & 4.

Any idea why Dez isn't spawning? The balcony is empty, but the quest wants me to be there.
Have you found a fix? Same thing happening for me.
For me she wouldn’t spawn but also the side quest Red Tide wouldn’t work as it kept saying the dome was in a lockdown. I joined a random game and done the Red Tide quest and left then went into my own game and she was there.
@@xeeozt2714 No unfortunately not. I don't know what's causing it. I have deleted all my charcters to start over because the "complete the first tier of every Zombie Challenge" is also bugged for me and since you can't turn back your progress in this category, I gotta delete all of it. So I'll try to do the quest once I get to the point again
I have a similar problem, I finished the quest and found the hidden weapon, yet, in the menu the quest is not finished, is it a bug?
@@gorge1365 what hidden weapon do we talk about, you mean the informations that you find for Dez? After that the you talk to her and it should be over.

Lol my side quest is broken
This has glitched for me I have journal 1,3 and 4 but not number two so I can’t complete the game it’s the only thing left
7:40 he shows the location, this was the only journal i was missing too but i came back and found it

I got the chest for step 3, but what’s step four? It never popped up
