Quick Sample Comparison: Encounter and Mchngrl vs Wlfgrl

Recently I've been going through old OVAs from the 90s to either add info on Does the Dog Die or to see what I could find in terms of info. One such OVA I was already aware of is called Genocyber (Sidenote: if you watch it, be aware it's notoriously gorey with there being a sexual assault scene in the first episode and some stuff that could be considered offensive). I noticed that one of the tracks sounded familiar and low and behold Machine Girl sampled it. So here's a quick comparison.
