Even to this day I feel like Zoe is still not taken seriously as an actor by some people, maybe because she has done predominantly big budget films that she somehow isn't talked about enough by film critics. I love Zoe a ton, she has left a big mark on the film industry and still does it so beautifully.

Understandable bc superhero films can disconnect the audience from your skills as an actor. They see your character and not you. Zoe needs a drama film that does well so we can see what she got

I was able to work with her back in my acting days around 2009. I had a small part and worked with her on an independent project. she was professional and focused all the way through the scene. This was before she blew up with Avatar and Star Trek. I had the pleasure of working with many stars in my career. Been thinking about jumping back in…..

I started out as a background actor to develop on set etiquette and learn the ropes. Then used that to build a resume and find my way to an agent. You have to get an agent to be reputable. Then, if your agent is good, you will get auditions. Every one of them is important no matter how small the role. Build a professional reputation with casting directors even if you don’t get the part. Strong headshots are a must! You don’t have to break the bank, just look professionally done. I took my own at one point and was still able to audition and booked a few roles with them. Good luck!

Y'all this woman is 45 years old 😯 I had to google her to make sure it was the same actress from Crossroads because she looks so young 🥲She literally looks the same as when I was a kid. It amazes me how humble and sweet she is too like, wtf. She acts like this is her first big role but she has quite literally, quote "appeared in three of the five highest-grossing films of all time, a feat not achieved by any other performer." That's insane and hardly matches her demeanor. You know someone has a strong spirit when they can resist the temptation of having a big ego. We love you Zoe.
