Hello👋🏾@user-mt1mw8id8z . Yes it is quite LARGE😅. This is because it can easily knead 100kg of dough (which is more than the average adult human bodyweight) in one go. In regards to cost it may be at 1.45 million KES.

Hello @Raphael Korie. Yes we can name the equipment in the video. The very first machinery seen is a dough mixer 120kg capacity, moves on to volumetric divider, it then goes to a conical rounder, dough moulder, proofer then finally into the rotary oven.
