- After powering up my Yveltal to level 50, I wanted to give it to go in the Master league in GO Battle league. And to my surprise, it is even more powerful than what I initially thought.

I usually quit matches if Togekiss gets the boost. I don't have any good Melmetals to counter it and virtually everything else gets obliterated in 4-5 charms after that. Just not worth it.

I run yveltal followed by garchomp and then mewtwo and it absolutely slaps. I always start with yveltal and charge up a focus blast, after charging I almost always swap to garchomp and then you just take Sheilds with sand tomb which drops the opponents defense so you can just farm them down. 60% of the time I never have to bring my mewtwo out, I'll usually finish with yveltals focus blast.

Amen to that. Too many Dragonite XLs and Melmetal XL ruling the roost with little to no counters to them. I wish Niantic kept Classic open for longer periods of time other than just the couple of weeks that it's available.

You should practice your curveballs and try the hold and release when they attack throw. I let go of a 100IV yveltal because I couldn’t catch it. It was such bad luck.😡😡😡😡😡 I caught 4 yveltal since learning the trick

That one dude with the Togekiss almost got completely bailed out despite clearly having minimal battle experience. Omni boosting moves are seriously so dumb I wish they’d just make it so it’s only a single boost instead of a double, cause as it stands now all it takes is just one boost to completely turn the tides of the battle even if you’re extremely far behind.

@@limjcaaron Nah, that's just Charm, which does a lot of fast move damage but very slow energy gain. Ominous Wind, Ancient Power, and Silver Wind are all examples of Omni boosting charge moves that have a 10% chance to boost all your stats by 2 when used. They are cheap energy moves often used for shield baiting, but sometimes if you or the opponent is lucky, can also get super boosted from it. On something like Togekiss, which not only has Charm but also great bulk, it can easily mow through teams with a bit of luck. If shields are up, it's basically GG, regardless of the Pokemon they might have in the back.
These moves offer a chance for someone to swing the game entirely in their favor even if they are very far behind, and there's nothing you can really do about it. It's just not very competitive IMO, because it adds more luck based factors into games and can get people wins regardless of their skill or team comp. No matter how good you or your team is, there's situations where one simple boost is all it takes for you to lose or win the entire game with relative ease.

Is it better to choose shadow ball or focus blast for mewtwo's second charge move in pvp?(first one psystrike)

I would think that Shadow Ball has greater coverage if you encounter ghost, psychic, bug type
shadow ball gives better coverage works better as a safe swap although focus blast is preferred moveset according to pvpoke
it depends if you use mewtwo on the lead or safe switch then shadow ball is better , But if you use it as closer then focus blast is better since it can one shot a dialga , melmetal and many likes to keep dialga at the back as a safe switch so mewtwo can crunch in those moments
I personally go with ice beam to surprise dragons and groudon, as one ice beam near ko’s a full health groudon
That's good that the only hundo legendary I have is pretty decent

Groudon has been in and out of raids for the past few years in Pokemon Go. Just make sure to to keep an I rye out for when they announce that it will be making it's return as a 5-star raid boss

I really wanted that Machamp-Togekiss player to win... thats what a normal player like me have in ML. We dont have many candies of legendaries...we make teams of these common mons only 😢😢😢
I've done 36 Yveltal raids so far and the best I've caught so far is 91%. The rest are high 70s to low 80s. It's been pretty annoying.
Got my hundo Yveltal this past Wednesday, along with two 98%ers. Keep raiding it as much as you can, law of averages will tilt in your favor.

Yveltal smacks machamps with wind gust
That last dark pulse would’ve killed Groudon. Then you wouldn’t have taken any damage from the fast move because the fast move doesn’t do any damage if the Pokémon dies before it deals the damage. So you could’ve chance to take the groudon out with that dark pulse and then you would’ve had enough energy to take out melmetal with another dark pulse.
