The way you take the door apart is to take the door off, unscrew two screws on the bottom of the door - opposite end to the handle. Then unscrew the two screws that hold the handle in place - the handle comes off. The door should now come apart. You will be able to clean the door but you find that there is a ledge that is in the centre. This is very difficult to clean. In the past I have used a toothbrush with cleaning product to clean this ledge.
The chances are you haven't got any transfers on the fascia. But its a conventional oven so just turn the knobs until something starts happening. You can replace the stickers on the control panel. www.ovenstickers.co.uk

I’ve used a toothbrush before but you then have to get a cloth in there to remove the smears.
There will probably be a chain fixing the cooker to the wall to stop it being moved. This is a gas safe requirement to stop the cooker tipping over and breaking the gas connection. So you would need someone who is Gas Safe registered to do the move for you If we were there cleaning it professionally we would normally NOT take the cooker out for this reason. If there isn't a chain and you decide to move it yourself be careful not to snag any floor coverings in front of the cooker such a lino flooring.
I have one these cookers and the quality is shocking. The outside of the door started to go rusty just after the warranty expired (wouldn't make any difference because SMEG don't replace anything 'cosmetic'), liquids get behind the door glass which can't be removed. All of the hobs discoloured within a few days, the door handle keeps coming loose and ergonomically the oven/grill is not user friendly. I have burned my hand so many times on the grill element, which is very close to edge of the aperture, food slides off the shelves as they slope downwards when the pulled forward. I could go on. Expensive poor designed and built appliances; I wouldn't buy anything else made by SMEG based on my experience.
One of my customers gave me this cooker. She had bought a replacement from John Lewis. When I went to pick the cooker up from her there was the new one - the exact same model. So despite all its faults she still bought the same one again.
You were about to tell how to remove the one glass panel... and then yous saw some rust.... i need to know how to clean that one glass. Wont bother to go all the way in between.
