Blackpool Illuminations are up, on and shining bright along the whole seafront from South Pier to North Pier and beyond so let's explore and drive the whole promenade taking all the best of Blackpool in as we go!
We pass the amusement arcades, the Christmas By The Sea attractions, We head past Blackpool Pleasure Beach and travel up past the hotels, bed and breakfasts and pubs and bars on the way.
The lights twinkle and shine as they light up the famous Blackpool Golden Mile and beach with their beauty and put on a show that will attract visitors and holidaymakers to the seaside to see the Illuminations this year!
The Blackpool Illuminations are a famous annual event that takes place in the seaside town of Blackpool in Lancashire, England. The illuminations consist of a spectacular display of lights along the promenade, which runs for six miles from Starr Gate to Red Bank Road. The illuminations have been a popular attraction for over 150 years, and are a key part of Blackpool's rich cultural heritage.

i remember the chockolate eclairs across the road from the north pier they were about 12 inches long iv not seen them last time i come to blackpool actually it was central pier they were nice

It was very nice of you to drive the whole road so you can show people the Blackpool lights and the coach and horses going down the road and the trams too it looks very beautiful and the dark skies and thanks for that

It’s a shame all the lights aren’t maintained better as there seemed to be gaps between some of them 😢

Thanks for the tour. Lived in Blackpool in the 1980's lights were 100 times better, lame in comparison
Times are tough - money is tight - there's a recession on so I'm guessing that plays it's part sadly

I thought all the lights were lovely I think they were a bigger display than the ones I last went to see in 2017.
