Sugar free soda is worse for you. Aspertame is worse for you than sugar and btw you're probably addicted to caffeine cause if not it would be a psychological addiction or maybe a sugar addiction. Start drinking coffee or tea. Just don't drink two litres of either in a day that'll make give you upset stomach but idk you said 2L of soda a day so maybe you're got a titanium stomach and you can drink that much. Btw not a soda addict but someone who used to drink way too much of it. You feel better after it's totally worth it but you'll get sugar sickness if you start drinking soda like you used to again. You'll feel unwell cause it's too much sugar. But that's a good thing, it means your sugar isn't crystalizing in your veins it's so sweet.

She actually didn’t think about it for a little bit then realized how it looked. She ended yelling I meant Coca-Cola. Several people just smiled and said “SUUUURE...” She said they IMMEDIATELY LEFT because they were worried CPS would show up. So they didn’t even buy the shit they already had in the cart. They just grabbed the kids left the cart in the aisle and bolted out the door. Lol

The part where they pour the pop down the drain and she said "but that's a waste because I'll have to buy more later,,," was uh, very familiar. It's a really weird way of thinking, but that's addiction for you 🤷♂️

I drink about 2 cans a day. I love it. I can’t help it. But I also work out a LOT. I walk up to 15k steps a day, yoga classes 8-10 times a week. I’m 36, female, weigh 134 and 19% body fat. My visceral fat is in an athletes range. 90% of my diet besides the cola is clean.

I stopped drinking sodas 6 years ago after reading in a medical journal that phosphoric acid has been linked to kidney failure and dementia. I quit that day. And I was a die-hard Diet Coke addict: drinking a 6 pk or 12 pk daily since it came on the market in the 80's. I now drink water and unsweetened tea and don't feel deprived at all.

Yup tbh she would be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes (basically caused by obesity or high levels of sugar consumed) I have type 1 which unfortunately doesn't have a reason or a cure so she's lucky that she had a chance 👌
