That would depend on how thick you wrap around certain areas of your hand.
For example you may have to only do 1 - 2 layers around the knuckles to be able to fit the mitts on.

I have two pairs, one is a bigger size so i can wear wraps underneath. You could use boxing gloves though, i just like mma gloves but still want the wrist protection

If you always wrap your hands, measure with the wrap, if not, you measure them without ;)
Wich ones are the best to use when using a heavybag?
Any of our MMA glove varieties would be suitable on a heavy bag, however the Shooto MMA gloves for example would provide more knuckle protection, depends on your needs from the glove :)
can you hit mits with these types of gloves?
MMA gloves can absolutely e used with mitts however it will provide less protection in comparison to a boxing glove. :)

You can however it will depend on the thickness & configuration of the wraps. :)

For example in our gym you can train MMA when you're 15 so I would say if you think it's for you then you can at least give it a try.
