How to keep the machine with plastic corner connection?

In this review video, we will see how plastic corner joints and elements are transformed into
safety and carcass installation equipment on conveyors and machines.
First, aluminium box profiles are cut into sizes appropriate for 3D machine design.
With 1604 box profile for the main carcass, they are merged for the previously designed machine
closure using 1600D triple plastic corner joint. This is ensured with the internally connected plexy of the carcass or
1868 glass holder clamp of the polycarbonate glass.
Internal frames are inserted into the profile with polyamide hammer
while 1605 channel box profiles are installed on 1937 plastic corner joints. Plastic corner joints and box profiles
Frames are created by inserting glass into the channel with piping.
The frames we’ve created are prepared so that they will be connected to the main carcass
with 1452 aluminium hinge or 4127 stopper hinge. On this axis, 1281 V-mouth mechanical lock and 2932 panel
stopper are used. In this way, the frame is accurately supported in bearing in the main carcass.
This closure is totally different from the other in that it doesn’t have any weld bonding and
it looks better, provides more functions and it is more cost-effective than Sigma Aluminium profiles.
By creating carcass using off-the-shelf elements like Lego with box profiles, they are frequently used in industries such as packing,
packaging, plastic processing, metal working, food processing and
automation. The off-the-shelf structure and install-and-run principle of plastic corners and fittings make them appropriate for
