since my father and mother divorced almost 15 years ago, ive gone through biggest depression you can imagine. last 6 months ive been thinking about suicide. my hair is almost gone and im 42kg 175 cm. i just dont know how to get out of this situation. my doctor told me that you need b12 vitamins and im getting them for like 5 days and its called dodex. you take them inside to your muscle. now im 45kg and feeling a little bit better and looking for ways to get out of this depression. just wanted to take it out so thats why im posting this.

I could not grow muscles for years due to ilness, but i can now. I will never again accept how they treated me. I will never again accept treating me like air. Stay in the fight boys, its about you and noone else.
These videos honestly inspire me a whole lot. But idk if I'm mentally ok to start working out I'm currently dealing with a porn addiction as well. If anyone has any words of wisdom on what I should truly do and how to start working out and achieve greatness I would appreciate it
You should remember that it is only a sensation that lasts for a while and it is not worth it. And motivate yourself with the fear that one day if you get a woman you will care for and that will care for you you might not be able to love her as you will think only about sex. First start your journey to mental health, then to physical health.
