    If you read the recipe for the shake, it says 150g of Oats OR (keyword being OR) Sweet Potatoes. Also, he has milk in the blender of the clip you showed before making the shake. You also didn't add the almonds/trail mix so that probably didn't help.
    Good video, I get why it sucks eating that much in a day but he's accustomed to it plus he's about 3 times your size.

    Props to you for attempting this but I just want to point something out for the future. If you eat the salad and/or apple first, your digestion will occur faster because of the fiberous ruffiage. The natural sugars from the apple will also keep you from feeling more full at first and kick start your digestion somewhat.

    420 pounds vs 176 pounds is not a 1:1 - e.g. you can't divide 420 by 176 and multiply the result by your daily diet.
    Esp. When your daily workout routine doesn't include lifts that only 1:10.000.000 people are capable of doing for 1 rep in their peak

    For the sweet potato try double baked with some putter and the steak try butter basting and add thyme and Rosemary with a couple cloves of garlic then use the greens to valence out the rest of the meal

    Oats can be eaten alot easier....just take normal pure water and the quantity of oats you want...mix it.....no need to heat it as because oats will soak the water...so just leave it for 3 to 5 mns...you can eat without spoon ...just swallow it.

    I can seat down and eat 4k calories of reasonably healthy food like rice, beans, stake or fish or chicken, eggs, vegetables, fruit, protein shake, etc, but than I have to fast for like 2 days, i wouldn't finish even half this meals before throwing up, it's just way too much volume.

    I great way to be able to eat that much and gain as much size and strength as possible is to do heavy workouts that use multiple muscles like deadlifts, farmer walks, weighted pullups. Just doing curls is the worst possible way to workout when consuming mass amounts of calories because curls work only one muscle the bicep, which is a pretty small muscle.

    I feel like some of the values of these foods are way to high. For example what kind of oatmeal gives 750kcal out of 100g? The one I eat is about 350kcal of 100g. Also 400g of beef meat 126g of protein? No way you can find beef with that high of protein, the one I eat sits at 20g on protein/100g and that is somewhat good quality still.

    Realistically, I think, there isnt a real shredded, ripped Middle Ages man or woman. There was protein and carbs and such, but it wasnt laid out for many peasants to take in properly I think. Porc, cow, chicken, potatoes, maybe coliflower idk, but for an historical athlete, the body training would probably be more upper body and legs, but rarely obliques and abs unless you are naturally lean or low body fat in genes. No idea tbh. especially if push ups or pull ups were already in the mix back then but it makes sense cos its easily achievable. Warriors and such would be kinda strong, but I guess they'd spar, carry heavy stuff or do yoke runs sort of, climb and run mountains lol like Clegane, the mountain himself lol Eating lots of fish and meat and eggs?? Tbh? Working out is accessible, but probably limited as soon as you hit max on what you can find: boulders, tree logs, carts to carry, idk, horses to drag? lol. Unless you want to go drag two horses? why not right
