If you did a study on how much of the % could pass who do you think would win, men being homeless for a year or women keeping their legs closed for a year?

Crazy how men are expected to be men but women aren’t expected to be women.

As someone who was homeless for about a year then lived in their car there wasn’t anything really beneficial from the experience. You learn niche tricks to make money, improve your comfort or steal. Your mindset is largely survival and not thrivial like thinking. I didn’t learn anything about my career when I was homeless for example

@@Josh-sz8ip I’m all for doing hard stuff but there’s almost no benefit to going homeless. I’m lucky enough to not get caught for the crimes I did commit and actually develop my career path enough to afford to get off the streets. If I had gotten busted I wouldn’t have my current job and I’d probably still be homeless and probably addicted to drugs in a form of escapism.

@@codyb1909 But they want to make us work in the military, and still get to vote like us. In Korea, the men do mandatory military service for two years, and women there are withholding "intimacy"

If they send men to another country where they don't speak the language. That would backfire on women. I'm sure a lot of men would learn the language and marry a woman from that country. I know I would.

As a former construction worker I would agree with what you said.i have worked as a framer and general laborer both commercial and residential.it is back breaking work.in my experience the men I have worked with were not only hard working but also took pride in doing a good job as well as taking care of their loved ones

After I lost my job due to an insolvent employer, my ex cheated on me, lied to me and stole from me, I was homeless for 13 months. The moral of this story is that I will no longer let any woman get so close to me that she can either move into my apartment or get access to a bank account. Since then, my view of women has changed significantly. I am much more skeptical and cautious and I am currently in the process of rebuilding my entire existence. No one but myself will ever have so much power over me that they can take what belongs to me.

If men aren't forced to be real men anymore, and maybe compared to prior generations there is some truth to that statement because life today is easier. Even in the manly jobs like construction today's work crews have a lot of tools and equipment that definitely makes the job easier, more efficient, and less dangerous than it was for a crew working that job prior to 1930. So if we can be honest most of us would probably admit that our grandfathers were probably mentally a little tougher and were likely putting in a harder days work than we do. Having admitted that now it's time for this woman to take a look at herself and ask the tough question. If men need to toughen up to be more like the men of earlier generations, and let's assume they make the changes needed and become something akin to a main character in a John Wayne movie...Wouldn't they then deserve to be with a woman that would meet the standards society would measure a lady by? Why should a man endure extra hardship, be ready to take on any challenge to come up whether that challenge was mental, emotional, or physical in order to be ready to start a family he will provide for and keep safe even at risk to his own safety or even his life only to find that the women he will most likely have to choose from are nothing like the ladies our grandfathers courted? Is this woman remaining chaste while waiting for a man that she will marry to come along? Is she well practiced in the kitchen as well as keeping a tidy house that would include doing laundry for her man, cooking for her man, sweeping, mopping, sewing, and being supportive of her man when he comes home? Is she prepared to be an agreeable wife who will not argue and fight when her man makes a decision she's not really happy about but because she accepts his word as the final word she will hold her tongue? The men that met the description she has for what she wants a man to be were that kind of man because they had a woman like the description I gave for how women should be but I have a strong suspicion that If I could suggest that is the kind of woman she should strive to be she would call me a misogynist and get a lecture on the ways women are oppressed by the patriarchy. If she was my grandmother she would have been washing clothes by hand in a wash tub and drying on a clothesline. She didn't have a microwave, and you couldn't buy food already prepared and packaged in ready to heat and eat containers. There were also 5 children to be raised each one born a little over a year apart from the next. She had no vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, mop bucket, and harsh soaps to clean with. The house had no air conditioning and my grandparents first house had a wood stove to cook on and heat up water for bathing in the same tub laundry was done in, and along with no real bathtub they also used an outhouse. No internet, hell no TV for the first 20 years of their marriage and only an AM radio with a single staticy speaker that got maybe 3 stations to tune in. And for 10 to 14 hours per day it was her and 5 kids in that house without grandpa as he was at work. How well would she adapt to that kind of life? To deserve the man my grandmother married she needs to be the woman my grandfather married and I doubt she would even attempt to make the grade. Todays women all seem to have to spend their years from 17 to 27 finding themselves in a journey of self discovery that invariably includes a hoe phase. They generally lack any sense of accountability because society is very forgiving of her failures and flaws, she only has to cry and some simp with a "White Knight " complex will save the day. She makes poor relationship choices and gets pregnant by a deadbeat? She can choose to abort or deliver the baby, keep it or end up making some cash with an adoption agency. If she keeps the baby the government will pay for everything if the father won't. Has lots of bad past relationships? Society now says it doesn't matter, nobody should care about her body count and if a man can't handle that or doesn't want a woman that already has one or more kids he's insecure. She will complain about how hard she works to keep the house clean, clothes washed, meals cooked while she's got machines to wash dishes, and clothes, a roomba running around and a freezer full of already cooked meals purchased ready to microwave, ready to eat in 2 minutes. All the while she's doing what little housework remains comfortable in air conditioned luxury while using ear buds to listen to her favorite social media content.
Until she can measure up she needs to shut up.

I have built things from clubs, To hotels and even rides at theme parks it sucks but someone has to do it
