They have a big warehouse in my town and mid sized retail store I have the same cutter and works great
These side cutters are the shit. I use them to cut Greenlee, twisted flex conduit. Work amazing. They also cut through blower motor screws/bolts like butter. Game changers!!!
Everyone should have a pair of these pliers in their toolbox.
That type of change is not even strong enough to keep my dog contained LOL you can cut that with a wire cutters with a bad hand
Why not just make them in that one mode I see 0 point in having two cutting modes
I agree. Just make it one tool. Adding the button is just gimmicky.
The extra leverage comes at the cost of a smaller jaw opening. Having normal and high leverage built into a single plier is great if you work with tools every day
Wow you could see him genuinely struggling
Lol I saw those the other day. They called it the “power button.” 😂 These companies are ridiculous.
Wiha is a killer brand.
Anything wiha knipex or wera.
If you buy any of these you are in good hands.
Knipex and Wiha all day...
Lol double up the force and also grab it further back which also gave him more leverage
Wiha!!!! 😎👍 I also like anything from Crescent.
I used to love crescent as well still have my dad old tool set, but there quality has decreased a lot compared to their old made in USA tools, they still do have some good products here and there but they sheen don’t make them like they used to
@@mobscents4967 I have to, respectfully, disagree. With larger companies buying out smaller companies (Stanley Black & Decker) the quality is definitely suffering while costs continue to rise. With Crescent, however, they bring the quality UP to their standards of expectations. One example could be Lufkin tape measures or maybe Wiss tin snips. 🤷♂️
Old crescent👍
That chain is made of mild steel wire,my kitchen scissors would cut that
Grow the fuck up
😂😂😂
Prove it lol😂😂😂
At what point is using the more effort mode beneficial?
Design it so that the button is always pressed in so that it stops being in the way
I’ve bever used these and I’m not trying to be negative. More so put more people onto the Irwin High leverage dikes. I’ve used them for 7 years. For cutting wire all day they’re hard to beat. Wish they were a little pointier.
What is the name of these pliers
Can just imagine the price
Vinny "I am not, I am not even strong"... And then cuts through the chain like piss through snow
What do you think the “tool” in his pants is like?
Why have a change of mode and not just have it cut in the better leverage position all the time- genuine question
At the very beginning, you can see the jaw opening is greatly reduced. So that wouldn't be appropriate for every scenario
So...whats the point in have 2 "modes"? Seems pointless, just have the latter.
At the very beginning, you can see the jaw opening is greatly reduced. So that wouldn't be appropriate for every scenario
Why would you need an option for half the force?
At the very beginning, you can see the jaw opening is greatly reduced. So that wouldn't be appropriate for every scenario
Dude sounds just like Gerard Butler!
Bro craftsman pliers can cut that shit
Why not just have it in ONE mode?!?

Why would want to ever ½ the force?
I would imagine jaw movement.
Because with the higher leverage mode it make opening the jaws one handed harder. With the lower leverage it allows you to open the jaws more with one hand.
This is the same concept as cable cutters there’s a launching force we’re a bolt stops and then pops the force forward. It’s leverage nothing extraordinary. But a great concept to create a hand held version.
Bolt cutters * sorry
It's a great idea but why not just have it in power mode all the time?
At the very beginning, you can see the jaw opening is greatly reduced. So that wouldn't be appropriate for every scenario
OK, so why would you want half the force? Just make it work it double the force all the time.

I like what too
This guy is armenian ))))😉👍
Cut fish tape with it
Link ?
Well done, it was a chain link he cut through 👍🏻
🧰👍😍
And with the power of BS it’s just that easy
They had a pair of linesman’s at my Lowe’s for 4 bucks. Nobody knows this is a good brand where I live so no one buys them
