I love Peruru! He's honestly one of the most underrated characters in Sailor Moon and my favorite boy in the series. His interactions with Chibiusa are so wholesome. 😊

I remember taking part in a big fandub project of this movie over 10 years ago. I actually had the role of Peruru. Wish I saved it before it got taken down. Yeah, the video quality by todays standards would be horrible, as would my old mic and likely cringey acting, but every time I see clips from this movie I miss it.

Can't be helped. Naoko (creator of the franchise) had a thing with Boys with white hair (i mean look at Demande, Prof Tomoe, Helios) and while this Movie is exclusively by TOEI Animation i could see how they could have incorporated some design cues from Helios for Peruru.

Same. It’s often too much. Waaay too much than even neccesary, so it makes it kinda hard to watch. I wish she wasn’t written to be THIS much of an annoying brat. (Don’t get me wrong, it COULD’VE worked, but I just think it failed for the 90s anime. Again, there are some scenes where’s Chibiusa’s being a bit too rude for no reason.)
