Only DreamWorks Animation's DreamWorks Classics owns the pre-March 1962 or post-October 1950 to March 1962 Paramount Pictures Cartoon Studios library, but Paramount Global retains the post-March 1962 Paramount Pictures Cartoon Studios library until its closure in 1967 due to Gulf+Western's acquisition of Paramount Pictures.

It's not unusual for ventriloquists/puppeteers to also voice cartoons. People like. Paul Winchell, Jimmy Weldon, Jimmy Nelson, Nancy Wible and now even Darci Lynne(!), also did/do cartoon voices. I guess producers feel if those men and women can make puppets talk, they can make animated characters talk as well.

That's right before Viacom (now Paramount Global) acquired Paramount Pictures in July of 1994.
I have to agree: long time no see to see Honey Halfwitch for old times from all parts of my youth from 19994 until the late-90's from Nickelodeon.
