Yes, your right, this is Honey Halfwitch, Fraidy Bat and Cousin Maggie’s debut cartoon and their only one in Dreamworks Animation & Paramount Pictures Cartoon Studios’ long-running “Modren Madcaps” before they star in their own cartoon spin-off series just like Popeye The Sailor Man, Herman & Katnip, Casper The Friendly Ghost and Swifty and Shorty in the studio’s heyday.

Only DreamWorks Animation's DreamWorks Classics owns the pre-March 1962 or post-October 1950 to March 1962 Paramount Pictures Cartoon Studios library, but Paramount Global retains the post-March 1962 Paramount Pictures Cartoon Studios library until its closure in 1967 due to Gulf+Western's acquisition of Paramount Pictures.

The only times I remember seeing any “Honey Halfwitch” cartoons was during the 1990’s on Nickelodeon Cable’s “Weinerville” and “Cartoon Kablooey” segments (along with some repeats of Format Films/Bagdasarions' "The Alvin Show", Hal Seeger’s/Screen Gems cartoon “Batfink” and Trans Artists Productions' "Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse".)

That's right before Viacom (now Paramount Global) acquired Paramount Pictures in July of 1994.

I have to agree: long time no see to see Honey Halfwitch for old times from all parts of my youth from 19994 until the late-90's from Nickelodeon.

These were Honey Halfwitch? I still know the original versions that aired on Cartoon Kablooey and Weinerville back on Nickelodeon.
Paramount should treat their older shorts better than they do.
Heck, put 'em on Pluto TV along with those Terrytoons. That'll be a hoot.

She(Honey Halfwitch), even LOOKS like a little girl version of Shari Lewis. I thought Bradley Boulke did the male voices.

Later on, he did some voices.

@@fromthesidelines But here, I guess, it's Bob McFadden. Also, the voice Shari used for HH sounds like a voice she used for one of her puppets. It's not unusual for ventriloquists/puppeteers to also voice cartoons. People like. Paul Winchell, Jimmy Weldon, Jimmy Nelson, Nancy Wible and now even Darci Lynne(!), also did/do cartoon voices. I guess producers feel if those men and women can make puppets talk, they can make animated characters talk as well.

@@chrismulwee4911 And the puppet in question would undoubtedly be Lamb Chop, as Honey's voice seems to be an only slightly modified version of LC with the addition of a slight Cockney accent.
