    Very helpful. I remember seeing an older video of you showing how to sit, but it seemed very rigid like a cello (of which you also play well), but this gives me more ideas. I've always stood up to play, but as I age I find I'm constantly struggling with comfort and endurance. I look forward to watching the rest of this series on String Virtuoso.
