I'm camping with my dog in the hunting lodge I built with only hand tools. primitive hut, bushcraft skills, asmr, diy, off grid, winter wild camping, wilderness, campfire cooking. I built this hut in the bush using only hand tools and materials. Me and my dog are having a great time camping at this hunting lodge in the Forest.

I appreciate how you always consider drainage with your builds. So many people forget to think where the water will run with a heavy downpour. Thanks again for another great video Wargeh.
I have noticed the same thing and was impressed. My hubby and I have spent 30 years camping in British Columbia, and drainage channels are imperative.
@@KelleysQuiltsandCruises I do a lot of tent camping here in Australia. Can often be raining in a lot of Australia. Learnt the hard way sometimes of forgetting about where the water will flow! Lol. I would love to do what Wargeh does if I had more time.
I don't have any real experience with these sorts of builds. But whenever I consider shelter creation or watch a video like this, that's one of the first things I wonder about.
I learned by way of becoming an Eagle Scout how to chose camp sites. Some other experiences and learning honed lots of skill, but I never built shelters of this complexity even though they are still simple.
So you are not the only housewife to notice this natural practical problem with other bush craft bloggers.
I imagine your pantry back home is just bread, tomatoes, onions, a few citrus and beside it a freezer full of red meat lol.

I've watch tons of this kind of videos, bushcraft, wild camping etc, but I always come back to yours.
This type of non-wanted asmr adventures are better than some TV shows I swear .. it's very inspiring & comforting.
And it shows some tips & tricks that we actually can use properly in nature in order to survive outside our cities.

Nice additions to the hut. That drainage trench will serve you well & help keep your hut much dryer in wet weather. It's one thing to build something out IN nature, but it's better, & easier in the long run, to build, recognizing and working WITH nature :)

М- да... Шалаш не плох, но Вот то что так называемый камин по сути отапливает улицу, это по сути расточительное и не целесообразное расходование и дров и времени на их заготовку.
И судя по видео не особо он на нем готовит))).
Еще и двери нет
Я очень люблю, и это трудно передать, - не по пробовав, насколько в таком помещении очень хороший для дыхания приятный воздух, особенно классно в нем спать, когда всё на греется

I love the fact that you take care of your dog before you do anything else. Also everything you do in the building my father taught me MANY years ago. You don't see too many men your age that has the knowledge as you do. It's great too see...A BIG FAN!!!

Parts 1 & 2 of this build were so interesting to watch. That fireplace is impressive! I wonder how you come up with your designs, they're so different, each of them. yes! I am addicted to living vicariously through your outdoor adventures during COVID. Does your dog get really excited when you pull your backpack out?
I bet he does. My first dog would go over and stay by my pickup when I would drag the kayak out.
My dog is always excited. especially when arriving or leaving the camp.
@@badlandskid mine go crazy as soon as they see their “lunchbox” come out because it usually means they get to go off leash somewhere. Dogs are great.

I set up a camera trap in front of the pig carcass. When I checked the camera in the morning, the wolves, coyotes and a fox had been caught. I accidentally reset it while transferring these images to my computer to share with you. I lost all the images in the camera trap.
@@WargehBushcraft ah, so sorry. That would have been such a cool thing to see! I would be terrified of the wolves, even with a protective Malinois Shepherd by my side!
