- Demobilised Israeli reservists have made some shocking confessions about the war in Gaza. Some of the soldiers, who served in Gaza, told The Guardian that the scenes in Gaza look like a “zombie attack”. “It’s not like how you see in the media. It’s not like a computer game. There are days and days when nothing happens and you never see the terrorists then it all goes crazy for an hour or so then nothing again,” an unnamed noncommissioned officer was quoted as saying by The Guardian.

The soldiers don’t understand because it is simple, what they are doing is the side show, the real strategy is to make the whole of Gaza uninhabitable. The Israeli strategy is to force the Palestinians into “voluntary evacuation” out of Gaza. All other considerations are secondary or even of lower importance, including the hostages. Most of the collective west is guilty of double standards, but the US and UK are directly complicit. This will not go down the memory hole - although YT censorship is working hard to manufacture consent and suppress dissent. Complicity extends to social media.

For starters , the urban environment denies the use of combine arms tactics . Which means , that the infantry don’t have the tank support and vice versa . Secondly , the attackers units strengths and sizes are forced to be reduced. Thus , it’s overall strength is fragmented . Thirdly , hammering buildings with explosives creates rubble . In consequence , Israel actions created obstacles and protection to Hamas fighters by bombarding the buildings . Rubble acts both as a obstacle for the tanks and protection for bullets and explosives .

The truth is the last time they fought a war that wasn't mostly directed against civilians was in 1973. Every conflict since then Israel's only strategy has been to devastate the civilian population (not that they haven't intentionally attacked civilians in every conflict they've fought). Israel has a completely undeserved reputation in the west, they aren't good soldiers, all they know how to do is abuse civilians and commit war crimes, and have lost on the ground in every war for the last 50 years.
