    Just over seven months ago I decided on a strict ancestral diet as a last resort for my MS. I was in really bad shape for some time.
    Two weeks in I was shown Dr. Kruse. The nourish Vermont 2016 and 2017 were the first times I heard him speak. Combining the quantum wellness with the ancestral primal thing has yielded me tremendous results.
    I've been in complete remission from everything that ever ailed me. I rock the blublox parker sleep+ as I type this. I appreciate the hell out of this work. I have my life back.

      Unfortunately, in spite of the compelling nature of some of his information, his ego is tending to marginalize the importance of the ancestral diet, imagining that it is because they took their meals in natural light that they experienced all these healthful effects. But as price clearly states in the book, when succeeding generations fed unprocessed foods their health declined precipitously, as is shown in the many photographs, and this was a result not of they're changing their light exposure but changing their diet

    Why is jack not a fan of LED other than the spectrum of light it produces, emf, etc. I use incandescent but they still have flicker. I got some lumi from you are these ok and low emf/flicker free? They are LED tho is that ok?

    • @boncharge
      @boncharge  Před 3 lety +6

      I think Jack knows the EMF and flicker are bad in LEDs as well as the light they emit. Incandescent do flicker you are right but the flicker rate is less than LEDs. Lumi has no flicker whatsoever due to the circuitry our engineers invented and are also negligible in EMF. They would be the best option for circadian and mitochondrial healthy lighting

      @@thebodyclock1 Curious why EMR Tek? Theres no many different red light devices, I dont know which is ideal. Does number of lights matter? Why? On the Jack Kruse Forum I see some recommend, MitoRedLight Pro 300 Series from Mitoredlight, has tons of light on the more affordable smaller devices. Jeremy Thomley made a special limited red light device with Midwestlighttherapy, so I thought okay maybe thats the place to get it from, their Game Changer is also similar to EMR Tek- with the number of lights. MitoRedlight pro 300 same size but with way more lights. Which is best? Prices are near each other, all claim low emf, low flicker. Choices choices choices??? lol

Weston A Price took pictures of a bunch of tribes that eat in the sun but all of the ones that ate grains and sugar had rotten teeth.
