I love the machine, but it looks scary to ride at least for me to ride. I have a 1943 WLC the reason I watched this video, now I know I want to sell it and not restore it.. too much work for such a scary ride, I would probably crash first time I try change gear.. thanks nice video..

      Thanks for your kind comments.
As you said, it is not so easy to ride WLC with foot-clutch and hand change, but if you live in the countryside like me, not much traffics and not so many signals, I think you will be able to ride the moto soon. And you enjoy a long distance travel with the WLC.
I restored this old side-valves in the restoration school in Tokyo, the name is “Vintage Motorcycle Study”. The text written in Japanese, but you can understand how I did in the school by the photos, from the web pages as “1943WLC750”, studious1.exblog.jp/i52/.
Would you please try ride your WLC to start new experience.

I had that very thought when I was first stationed in Okinawa. Driving on the left side of the road, reading foreign (to me) road signs, and driving a car with all of the controls in the opposite order from what I was accustomed. All of these things made me anxious about driving. But, being a Marine, I was not willing to concede defeat without giving it a try. It took me about half an hour to get sufficiently proficient to venture out onto the streets. I had no problem adapting to the new way of driving and if you still have your Flathead, I encourage you to give it an honest try. I am confident that you will do well.

@@Rif_Leman 🙂Hi Rif, thanks for Commenting, the Harley has Moved to a Good friend that will take care of her. I just had a hip operation so doubt driving the beast would do me any good. I am Positive and Motivated, losing the friend and gaining the Harley has motivated me to start this New CZcams Channel. Thanks for watching and Hope you are having a great day. 😊😊😊
