It is able to produce 18.55 Nm @7000rpm torque and 20.4 PS @ 8500 rpm power with a fuel efficiency/mileage of 38 kmpl.
The Yamaha R15 M is one of the 18 different products from Yamaha on sale in India. It has a starting price of Rs 180800 and comes in 2 different versions. The Yamaha R15 M generates a max power of 18.4 PS @ 10000 rpm along with a peak torque of 14.2 Nm @ 7500 rpm and the engine is mated to a 6 speed gearbox.

There is meter issue in both bike. R15 overtake 220f at 142km speed whereas 220f was at 146km/hr
Keeping in mind that Pulsar 220 is just an over- bored Pulsar 180 which is beating many modern machines since 2007. Performance is outstanding.
It doesn't have any modern drama like variable value and it doesn't even have 4 valve. Its the weakest engine that any bike today can have. BUT still it manages to FCK everything up😂

I just saw because of 220f... Rocket launcher sound till 4 gear shift and awesome gear limit of 220 gear box... I have same bs4 220f but if bajaj have improved it's tire size from 120 to 130 section back and110 in front tyre and 6 speed high-speed gearbox and 4 bhp increased means no 200 segment bike can compete with 220f.... Main thing 220engine heats fast, cooling system must also should improve.... Other wise it is Rocket launcher 🍎🍎🍏🍏⚡⚡⚡👻☠️💀🔥🔥🔥🔥

yes bro pulsar 220 and karizma was tre rivels.
Changing just exhaust will not increase performance. ECU needs tuning otherwise its a hit or miss. I think that pulsar is BS4? it has plenty of torque but superior aerodynmics of Yamaha is the key. Also it has much more efficient transmission than any pulsar's on market. Personally i never liked the design of 220f. I use to like 200 NS (Old model).. Many were saying if Pulsar has 6th gear no one can touch it, which is completely false. There are hundreds of things that needs to go together to get that top speed for a 155cc and ofcourse Yamaha spends much more in R&D than Bajaj. Which is understandable! Nice race BTW :)

Beda banget, mesin Yamaha R15 dengan 150 cc, SOHC 6 Speed dibanding mesin Bajaj Pulsar 220 F dengan 220 cc, SOHC 5 Speed, jelas kalah jauh. Apalagi R15 mengandalkan mesin VVA, 4 Valve, 6 speed meski 150 cc tapi mampu melesat dengan kecepatan 145 km/jam dengan halus dan tarikan ringan serta akselerasi kecepatan konstan. Bandingkan dengan Pulsar 220F, dengan mesin V-Twin (2 busi) SOHC dan hanya 5 speed, meski kecepatan sama2 145 km/jam tapi mesin serasa berat dan tarikan menyeret. Jadi masih kalah jauh, seandainya Pulsar 220F menggunakan mesin SOHC 6 speed maka sudah pasti akan sama cepatnya dengan saudaranya yakni Pulsar NS 200.
