Milk-1/2 cup
vinegar-2tsp
dry ingredients:
wheat flour - 1 cup
coco powder-1/4 cup
baking soda-1/2 tsp
salt- pinch
oil -1/4 cup
powered sugar-1/2 cup
milk-1/2 cup
chocolate cake malayalam
പാൽ- 1കപ്
വിനാഗിരി-2 tsp
ഗോതമ്പ് പൊടി-1 കപ്
കോക്കോ പൊടി -1/4 കപ്
സോഡ പൊടി -1/2 tsp
ഉപ്പ്
എണ്ണ -1/4 കപ്

First time ആണ് കേക്ക് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്.
രണ്ടു തവണ ട്രൈ ചെയ്തു എന്നാൽ ആദ്യത്തെ തവണ കേക്കിന്റെ ഉള്ളു വെന്തില്ല അതുകൊണ്ട് രണ്ടാമത്തെ തവണ ശരിയാക്കണമെന്നു വിചാരിച്ചിരുന്നു. കൂടുതൽ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ച് second attempt നടത്തി, ആദ്യത്തെ തവണയിൽ നിന്നും കുറച്ച് കൂടുതൽ വെന്തു എന്നാലും കഴിക്കാൻ പാകത്തിൽ ആയില്ല. എന്നാലും രുചി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു😐. ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ രീതിയിൽ തെറ്റ് സംഭവിച്ചത് എന്താണെന്ന് മനസിലായില്ല. മറുപടി തരുകയാണെങ്കിൽ നന്നായിരിക്കും.
