- Russian president Vladimir Putin has reportedly ordered a nuclear weapons drill. The Russian mod said that the drill would simulate the use of tactical nuclear weapons. This comes days after French President Macron and UK Foreign Secretary David Cameron made comments which Russia termed as 'dangerous’.
