Nice video! Once we get our upgraded air bleed system sorted out we'll send a unit over to you Hoon to try out. This will be backwards compatible on all machines to make bleeding the air and getting higher yield much simpler. In the mean time, I'd recommend backing off once you hear the hissing start to get as slow of a bleed as possible. The smaller PF is an unfortunate result of keeping our grouphead stock size at 100mm diameter to keep material costs down and machine price as low as possible.
this machine has always been on my list for the future, big thing for me is lever and a protective area around it due to kids love to touch hot things, cant wait for the future and my barista express to die out to get one of these! secondary flair for now is great :) , looking like a great machine and great company to support, from day one this looked impressive and continues to impress today
Ordered one about a month ago, probably won’t see it for another year at least, but thanks for the video! I’ve fallen in love with lever machines and can’t wait to use this every day!
I have been wanting an Argos for about a year now. I have hesitated ordering just because of the wait time involved. The companies email updates are the best I have ever seen, keeping customers up to date with developments as well as set backs. This video, though no longer relevant in many ways due to product development, has me now leaning towards NOT buying one. I still think the design is fantastic, the price is very reasonable considering what you get, and I am all for supporting small businesses. But this video pointed out small things such as the proprietary portafilter and the bleeding issues that I think are going to take time to work out. This is for me a product to revisit in a couple of years. Much like when the Flair was introduced. Compare that first generation with the Flair 58+ and you'll understand where I am coming from. The DF 64 is another example.
Which supermarket pre ground coffee to use with breville Bambino plus? I tried lavazza gusto and it's not fine enough for the machine. Many thanks in advance!
Ironically while watching the video, the sponsor ad was for Sbucks. You guys must have had order numbers below 100! I have 217...expecting it in about 2 weeks. CANT WAIT✌️

Oh yeah! Please don't kill BE to get one. Get one buddy! LOL
Nice edit!
Great video! Thank you for covering this machine! I think this machine would be great for me! All the best! ✌️

I’m definitely getting one. Just waiting for some of the enhancements first.
The most important aspect of all this is how the espresso tastes and neither one of you discussed it.
what's the difference in final result quality when comparing direct vs spring?

Bleeding “issues” are already solved. Portafilters are proprietary but this is common. Available both naked and with spouts.
Good morning, can you do a review on the
Kalita TSUBAME & Kalita WDC-155 Wave Series Coffee Dripper, Copper, Made in Japan, For 1 to 2 People
Is it possible to know the price of the devices you use with a link for each device?
