We are organizing ourselves we shall come and renovate the place so help us Oh Lord
My son's former high school recently had a multi million dollar major renovation to updates it's main building with ac and some technology upgrades. The building is over 100 years old. 100 years old building and it never looked like the condition of this school. Shame on Ghana.
This school needs a massive renovation
Addo's $400+ million US dollars cathedral is the equivalent of 40 new high schools (day schools not boarding schools) with fully equipped science labs, cafeteria and proper sports programming. Or that money could've built 75 lower combined lower grade and Jr high schools also with a science lab.

Thanks for showing me around the school I had after bece 2010. I couldn't go there because it was very far from the western region and not much known of.

Welcome to my hometown Goshers. Just wondering why they turned the post office into a dormitory? And the old students where are you? The school really needs your help. Its been over 20yrs, Saltpond seems to be developing why not the school?

Honestly, Ghana needs fewer religious affiliated schools, it's why the public/free high school education is so poor. I would ban all religious schools and private schools. All schools would be day schools.
Hmmm is so sad😢 I think the school should be given to the community because the Methodist Church is not helping at all. All these "Harvests" and you can't help your school..... It's a Shame. EKUNYIN..........YESIPI!!!

One thing that really angers me is the condition of the schools in Africa. Ghanaians should be ashamed and angry to subject their kids to these conditions. If Ghana can't get anything else right at least construct the school buildings better.
Why talk as though all schools are like this one? It's unfortunate it's in this state but don't make it look like all schools are like this.
@@ThatGuyFromGh The majority of Ghana's government run highschools are like this. That's not my opinion, it's a fact, per the current education minister. Ghana has only a handful out of 900+ high schools that are considered "adequate" under the current education system rankings. This means that those very few highschools meet the standard of having reliable electricity, working science labs and math teachers and bathrooms. It doesn't even mean the quality of education is good but just that the facility has the bare necessities. I wasn't trying to disparage Ghana this is the reality of the country. Ghana doesn't have any government operated highschools that meet basic international education standards, NONE. However, Ghana does have several semi private and private highschools that do meet standard.
