- After 3 whole months of waiting, Tweetsie finally opened to the public.
190 had her lukenhimer, and there were some great whistle shows.
Also if you look closely at the hill between the Frontier Outpost and Fort Boone, you will see that they replaced the tracks. You can tell by the new gravel. The engineer said they went backwards with 12 and the ET&WNC flatcar up to Fort Boone to do that. I had such a great time and hope to return in August. See ya later foamers! Have a great day!

Yes, and no footage. Sorry. I was in 12 on the last day of the regular season when we stalled because there was a blockage in the pipes that carry the sand to the wheels. (At least I think.)

Welp, they're closedddddd I was gonna go to Heritage weekend with my friend but, we didn't know they were gonna close again. And, knowing my luck, I didn't see my chance to haul my lazy ass over there before they closed again.
Well, I was gonna go too heritage weekend as well, but now they are frickn closed. I hope they can open up again this year.
@@greatsmokymtnsrailfan well I could be a possibility that they open again before tweetsie Christmas. But seeing how people aperently like viruses, there's a low chance of that happening. Plus, I really wanted to go this year because I've never been to heritage weekend before.
