Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry Chinese Style. Chicken Broccoli Stir Fry is one my favorite dishes. Who doesn’t like Chinese chicken and broccoli?!
Chicken and broccoli stir fry is great to serve over rice. Everybody love Chinese food.
Follow my chicken broccoli stir fry recipe and enjoy.
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
½lb broccoli
3 oz carrots
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp cornstarch
Sesame oil
Sauce:
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp rice wine
3 tbsp sugar
2 cups chicken stock
3 tbsp soy sauce
1.5 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 pc scallion

You had me when you caramelized the sugar. :) Though I would use white pepper as opposed to black pepper for that unique Chinese spicy touch.

2-3 minutes is too much. Blanching vegetables take 30 seconds.

Yes, but they become your chinese cooking staples for other dishes. It is worth buying and stocking up with them. Just one meal at a restaurant comes out to $20-$30 per person. Worth the buy. Most of this bottled ingredients have a long shelf life.
