aaron redpath then if I was you before I join the army do the exercise then I’d do the bleep test keep doing em until you get used to it trust kiddo it will help you on your test
Women are allowed (I’m going to join soon) it’s just majority of women if they wanna join the military they go for army or other regiments in the navy were it’s less physically demanding
Those press ups with your elbows in real close like they’re doing is definitely harder than press ups with elbows flared out.
not really just depends which muscle group is more developed for the specific individual.

rm sniper 45 13.0 minimum, they want you to get 15.5

@@nyexai2247 I'd recommend you join an Army Regiment too (if frontline infantry is really where you want to be)... But best of luck I suppose.
