- Here we're going through the Hanayama Hashtag solution.

The Huzzle Hashtag puzzle is a level 3 (out of 6) on the Hanayama difficulty scale.
The solution requires one move in one specific position and the key is which piece is in which position when solving it.
You'll see how the Hashtag solution works from two different angles.
Putting all four pieces back together is more of a challenge if you lose track of the order that you separated each part.

I have this puzzle and managed to get it apart when I first got it, but maybe I put it back together wrong because the holes are next to each other rather than across, and have tried this move from every angle and it is not working
Ok... so try and spot the two slots that are shorter than all the others (should be on the opposite side of the 'Shift' engravings). Arrange them in a position where those shorter slots are facing up and do the move in the video whilst picking up the Hanayama pieces.

@@marthelnseth3126 I had the same issue but managed to open it in a bit of a similar way, but put more force on opening the bottom sides i.o. trying to close the top side.
my two short sides are connected
That will change it slightly but still solvable
