Girlllll. I've been dealing with bad skin too! I came off my birth control b/c it was no longer working and my skin completely changed. Its super oily now and I've had so much more acne. I guess it must be hormonal acne? I don't know but It's so discouraging because I'm almost 30 and it feels weird to have to deal with this when I'm no longer a teenager. My skin was actually not nearly as bad in high school. Anyways, I totally understand how you're feeling, it makes me really sad and not want to even go out in public. I hope you find something to help, that's what I'm currently trying to figure out.
Totally feel you! Don’t forget to be patient with yourself and allow your body some time to adjust. 🫶🏼 It can take a few months before your hormone levels get back to normal.
I'm in my 20's and also struggle with hormonal acne. You're not alone! I can understand how it can negatively effect you. Stay strong!

You probably won’t see this, but why did you get out of horses? Did you stop enjoying it? I recently have had a unwanted break from riding and it’s really sucked. I didn’t realize just how much until I rode for the first time in a long time yesterday and feel so much better.
