Yeah, the first time I experienced Nypi I was a little taken aback, because I wasn’t expecting it. I had just arrived at the airport and got a ride to my hotel and I heard about it and had to stay in my room. I guess it was good timing because I needed to catch up on sleep because I had just arrived from Alaska and had traveled for two days straight. It was an eye opening experience in regard to their practices.

I really liked your perspective of Bali and mainly Changgu. I stayed in Bali from 2012-2020 six months out of the year. I usually stayed in Seminyak because that’s where my friends stayed. During that time Changgu was developing and becoming a travel hub for vloggers in like 2014- onward. The demographics of Bali had changed over time from Kuta to Changgu over time.

Was it a squat toilet? Is that why you said it’s an experience? They have quiet toilets at most local households in Bali and other island homes. Oddly enough, but it’s a local thing.

What is the max time do you stay in a city/town? What about the flight tickets? I have tried the nomad life and it is waaaay expensive :p
Around 1-2 months but yes the flights are costly, unless I always plan ahead for months
How come housing expenses are so high in canggu bali ? Is that average ?
I know the minimum wage in bali is about 300usd
Usually coliving spaces are no expensive, there are cheaper options with shared villas

Every time i go to bali i get sick for food poison, and effects on body lasts even 2 weeks. My friends too, from different nationality. I am thinking to not go anymore
