Ayo, I think you can actually have copyright mods in ASA as long as they are not cross-platform. My understanding is that Curseforge only checks when the mod is cross-platform. so if you are interested in putting these on ASA (and as a Godzilla enthusiast, I am) I think that you wouldn't have as much trouble as you think UNLESS you make them cross-platform which curseforge would deny.
It might be too complicated to rig, but it would be so cool if this Godzilla interacted with a newer Kong model, and Kong could jump on his shoulder and they could do a move together!! That would be sickkkkk!!!

The Pokemon mod getting deleted makes a lot of sense because Nintendo specifically is very trigger happy when it comes to throwing out copyright claims and taking legal action.
