Can you explain the rules and objectives behind the partner balance game when pulling and pushing the ball?

Mike Schaefer so the rules are simple as you try and keep your stance and balance by and dislodge your partner by pushing, pulling and moving the ball which sounds simple.
You have to be in a low basketball stance and whilst doing this you have to ensure you keep your own stance and balance so you can’t just go in Heavy as you will dislodge yourself in the process. It’s a fun way for players to understand the importance a low stance and keeping balanced

captain america i like to keep things around 8-10 X 4 any more than that the kids lose focus, make everything achievable and don't over run the drills.

Chandra Susanto so this was done with a range of 13 to 17 it’s very much based on ability in my eyes rather than age .. this is real basic stuff which most young players pass over in there development
