They are not an Absolute Monarchy such as say Henry Vlll, who ruled over everything including laws & Government. The Queen may be required to sign some documents for the Government to pass new laws or change laws, but she has nothing to do with making laws. This is why all the RF must stay totally neutral & should not speak publicly about any Political topic. This was 1 thing Henry's wife constantly did, being American she had trouble with not having Freedom of Speech. In a roundabout way The RF do aid in the Tourist Industry, generating around 4bill pounds at last report. Of course that will be less with the Covid Restrictions. Why should HM the Queen and Prince Charles be the ones 'extending an olive branch' to these liars? By being biracial, MM was feeling humiliating to curtsy to Kate every time she met her, and prince Willian as well. I couldn’t imagine her taking that for too long, and she didn’t. She probably had mental issues from that as well, I am 100% sure she was shocked, out of place and completely humiliated. That absolutely can mess it up with your mind. He left because she was suicidal, and the family said, take it or leave. Psychological issues are very complicated and the person suffering from, can feel even worse with the continued practice of what is making her depressed. Helen Walker, I am as well. That little family is such a pattern to the human race on what loyalty, duty, respect and genuine care mean. They are so heart-warming. After all, it was a celebration for the Queen and England, not Meghan wanna be and former Prince Harry. He made his choice & must live with it. Princess Ann is the Jewel in our Queens crown. Hard working you never hear her complain she raised two smashing kids. An amicable divorce were she even gave him a home on her land so they could both be part of their children's lives. If I was the Queen Princess Ann along with Zara would be taking centre stage. I am hoping that Harry will be playing polo. Apparently he has made up the 4th rider in a new team that will be playing in Santa Barbara. One of the members is an old friend from days past. They are calling themselves "Les Padres" (the fathers), and he has committed himself to a series of games (like a tournament) to be played over the same time as the Jubilee. So hopefully this means he and Meghan will be a "no show". Hooray!
Without sounding too drastic, but one has to wonder if Harry is trying mightly hard to cause his grandmother's demise? He has done nothing in two years but cause the Queen horrific grief, and worry. He showed no concern whatever when his grandfather was so ill , did not even visit him before he died. He has shown no concern whatever FOR his GRANDMOTHER, THE Queen, who loved and cared for him so much, whose health has been suffering lately causing her to curtail some of her duties. The insensitivity of Harry. He's a grown man, a father, time to grow up and get over himself. He should now understand the difficulties his parents had. Prince Charles as the heir had endless working engagements. His life, unlike Harry's was never his own, yet he remained true to his principles, even though his ideas took decades to catch up with the population. I'm so sad that Harry's hopes to take his place in the family, with a wife and family of his own and building closer family connectedness with the two families as their children grew up, hasn't materialised. Such a vision and hope as he expressed in a video shortly before His marriage would have been the making of him. Unfortunately Megan didn't realise that real life Monarchy wasn't like the Hollywood make believe. She's a very ambitious woman. Harry is wallowing in self pity and ill usage! How many children get much attention from their parents these days? It had to be a great shock not to have his mother doting on him, the role she presumably excelled at. Now that he is a man, he would be happier if he could use his, past experience and mistake to have a better perspective of his father at such a very difficult life after the death of Princess Diana. It would be interesting to peep into the future when Archie and Lily are teenagers and older. How will they judge their parents.
As for Prince Andrew, I doubt if he had any choice but to take the measures he did. His mother, the Queen comes first at this point in time. All focus must be on the jubilee at this point in time. To try to fight a court case, in America of all countries is just not sensible guilty OR innocent. The cost would be unbelievable, justice wouldn't be served. But this court case would out sensationalise even an announcement of the onset of WW3, never mind the Queen and her jubilee. Hope the tedious pair will just get on with their lives and get some psychological help, because it can't be comfortable to be living a life so filled with negativity.

Hawwy had a difficult teenage and young adult years with drinking and drug usage, throwing away his envyed education, babysat during his military years, unable to pass his helicopter flying tests, and finally marrying a woman who treats him with disrespect and as a child. There has been criticism of the racist aspects of British imperialism in Canada vis a vis Native people I fear some of that will spill over into negativity toward the royal visitors. Canadians love and respect the queen, but the institution ... not so much. We have hundreds of thousands of immigrants here who really don't understand the role of the role of the Monarch (or governor general) ina parliamentary democracy, and that ignorance doesn't help.
