How to "Light a Background" Using V-Flats

Lighting your background properly is key especially when it comes to shooting for e-commerce clients who need a pure white background. Saving this for photoshop is time consuming and not ideal. What if you can get a pure white evenly lit background with almost no effort? Sounds too good to be true, but it isn't.
