Great talk, but the guy who was allowed to completely bulldoze the question segment really grinds my gears. We only got two questions out of 6 minutes. It's not the people themselves that frustrate me - sometimes they have good points nested in there somewhere. Often they literally don't possess the same shame/politeness organs the rest of us do. It's how other people respond to them with huffing and sighs instead of heckling or cutting them off. You're sending them undetectable signals. It's like yelling at a deaf person. It doesn't help anyone. Be the difference you want to see in the world :)
