Cinnamon Rolls | Swedish Wife Recipe (Kanelbullar)

A cinnamon roll (also known as cinnamon bun, cinnamon swirl and cinnamon snail) is a sweet roll commonly served in Northern Europe (mainly in Nordic countries. In Sweden it is called kanelbulle.
Ingredients:
-800gram fluor
-50 gram yeast
-500ml milk
-1 tablespoon cardamom
-100grams sugar
-1 teaspoon salt
-150 grams butter
Filling:
-150 grams butter
-2 tablespoons of cinnamon
-100 gram sugar

your wife makes the cinnamon with ease like a pro. I love baking but I stopped because when I bake I do also all the cleaning so tiring. besides I need to trim down to avoid bad cholesterol and high sugar though am not diabetic but my cholesterol is high.
