Marty kinda sounds like Sheen!
i thought NTSC had a faster refresh rate, and the audio usually played faster on NTSC computers than PAL
Just for videogames of retroconsoles (such NES, SNES, Genesis, etc...). But for TV broadcasts, PAL is 4% faster than NTSC.
it should be a bit speeded up
