Hello, Thank you for the video it was amazing. Was the breakfast an open buffet? and was it crowded at the elevators?

The breakfast is actually an open buffet, but because of covid protocols, they will serve what is at the buffet to your table. They have made a menu of what is at the buffet table. Their elevator is one thing that is not so good. It is indeed crowded and it took us time to wait just to be able to use them going down. I remember it took us 1/2 hour just to be able to go down when we are about to check out because the elevator is always full.
All in all except for the elevator issue, the experience was great. The room was perfect and the food was good.
