I am trying out UMA oil lately, which is a brand based in the US, but originated from India. It really does wonder to my skin and I haven’t experienced any other oils that can do the same magic to my skin - my skin is brighter a lot and in general looks much healthier. I live in New Delhi India and for makeup there is definitely Mac stores and Sephora. You can get skin care at the body shop and bath and body works here as well. Although I don't know if they have these in Mumbai .
Hi, you can try Sephora in Mumbai, not sure if Bare minerals would be available though, and do take note, all foreign brands , including The Body shop cost approximately 40% more than what you would pay in the UK , USA or South Africa. Luxury tax is really high in India.
There are a couple of Sephoras in Mumbai. There's one in Lower Parel called High Street Phoenix which has a Palladium (has everything from basic H&M to high-end Jimmy Choo). Also there's a Sephora and a MAC store in Goregaon's Oberoi mall. Not sure about UK brands, but the Indian Sephoras are pretty well stocked with American brands.

You mentioned you stay in Juhu, it's a little far but it'll be worth it as it is a big mall and there are loads of other stores as well. Hope you like it it's one of my favorite malls. Maybe don't go in the weekend as it'll be very busy and can be a little overwhelming ;)
