So [classic/black haired] Red blames the player for replacing him not knowing it's not his fault and Nintendo is to blame for it. so the line "They replaced me with some blue haired kid" is normally "they replaced me with some brown haired kid" brown hair being swapped out for blue hair as BF is a stand in for "fire red's red" also the background is a type of glitch only appeared in Pokémon red [classic -not fire red- ] called "glitch city". hope this helps.
