Where are your gloves? :( Those are food contact surfaces you're showing, so you should be wearing gloves, an apron and a face mask at the very least. Otherwise very informative video.

@@PaulDostal Im not sure if someone incapable of washing their hands will go through the greater effort of donning a mask, apron and gloves. I've seen people pick their nose and scratch their bum with gloves on before, too.
Ok I did my machine today😳 and I must of done something wrong because my middle(twist) will not work!! I watched the video again thinking I may have put the inside upside down idk I’m gonna take the top apart tomorrow and see what I did wrong

Not necessary, as those surfaces are sanitized once the machine is assembled and the sanitization procedure is followed.
