It's probably the hardest question to answer and people make it seem like it’s something we should know.
I immigrated here when I was 5, and grew up with a conflicting set of values, one that I experienced at home in a traditional Taiwanese family and one I saw outside at school. East vs. West culture systems are vastly different and then there was my unique authenticity.
Maybe some of you can relate?
When I started my business, I really didn’t have a strong sense of how to show up. I didn’t want to be bland or pretend (everyone just tells you to emulate someone else).
So what do you do? I created Brand From Within and the authenticity code as a way to rekindle and expression my essence and how I was naturally wired.
