    This probably the best Overkill Global episode there's been. Something about having an actual Bangladeshi, plus a serious wealth of music from the nation to discuss.

    What’s great about death metal is I never know what the singers are singing so as long as the riffs are sick, language barrier ain’t no thing.

    • @28Pluto
      @28Pluto Před 2 lety +2

      That's the great thing about ALL music.
      The language of music, regardless of what language the singer is using, is that everyone can enjoy the songs even if the lyrics aren't understandable.

    *Finally!*
    ORATOR *getting the global recognition they most truly deserved.*
    They definitely killed it at the
    *"Banish The Posers Festival 2014"* where the Singaporean giants *IMPIETY* headlined and some of Bangladesh top acts such as NAFRATOR and ENMACHINED.

I remember the Severe Dementia guys took back their share of CDs to sell in Bangladesh but sadly they got caught at customs and all their CDs were confiscated. It was so sad but it was so great having them come over to India and play the show. Good times. A real nostalgia trip.

      @@mahamrityumjay Hey, I'd watch it for sure. But like Visp said, just need to be patient, and keep being vocal about it (without accusing them of deliberatey ignoring it, cause I really doubt they are, there's really not that many episodes yet)

      @@vispian7688 brother I don't know how old you are but without Indian scene there wouldn't have been a metal scene in South East Asia. I can go in details if you want. The initiative was taken by Indian organizers who organized metal and rock festivals brought international artists to the sub continent, often organized free metal festivals on grand level. The scene that you are seeing now in SEA is the result of Indian scene.
