Three room with all of them looking like match box space. One thing we forget in africa is that you need to keep the heat out so high roof spacious rooms and large windows for proper ventilation. The 3 bedroom flat is a bit fair in space but then given the minimum wage and spread of well earning middle class these houses will always be overpriced luxury even though they are bear necessity and nothing special.

I can see the brownish stain in that wash hand basin drips from the tap which shows that the running water supply in that area has not gone through proper filtration & treatment process for that will make all toilets , bathroom , kitchen fixtures deteriorate in no time. My advise is for the developers to look into that issue as dat determines the standards of developments in properties in long term. As for the price it’s on the border of too high for I think it shouldn’t be more than 15million naira, and what is the nearest location to dis area as we dat have left home long time need more description to dis new name of areas being mentioned here so give a better description of dis location . Thanks

@3:43, that's me right there (except with a foot-long beard game as a KING in my RIGHT LOL) as I always DON my hard hat in pride... I'm a one-man army/CREW (doing what a crew of a baker's dozen men or 13 men are required to do, but all by myself from electrical to plumbing, flooring, installations, complete kitchen/bath renovations, custom carpenter, metal work, concrete/pavement/driveway, framing, drywall & plaster, some roofing, and much more...)... I can't wait to EXODUS back to Naija and BUILD, BUILD, and BUILD. My renovations are going viral/famous over here in the states, so I know that they wouldn't be any less in Naija. I wish I could attach some before and after photos so that you can be the judge. I am excited to EXODUS to Naija because there are endless reliable/affordable workers/helpers over there, unlike here in the states whereby everything is ran by Big Boy Contractor Companies/Governmental restrictions at every corner you turn... I can't wait to join the Mr. Africa efforts/movement so that we can place Naija on the MAP as #1 tourism attraction... 👷 😷 😉 👌.
