For a character who lived in Norway for a long time, the production didn't even bother to make him speak Norwegian in their "Norway" scenes. Also, the grandfather has a live-in Black woman for a maid. Seriously?? Sure, people hire cleaning personnel by the hour. The most times people serve you food and coffee in private residences are if they're health care workers. But, they wear a uniform with the municipality's logo.
In short, the production only name-dropped Norway but never really bothered to put actual research into it! All their "Norway" scenes are so fake and unbelievable.
